Den største lokale favoritten er kanskje Pa amb Oli, som er Mallorcas svar på den italienske bruschetta. Oversatt til norsk er dette ”brød med olje”. Retten er en brødskive som er gnidd med hvitløk, dyppet i olivenolje og strødd med salt. Vanlig pålegg er tomat, litt ost og skinke. Noen ganger serveres den også med sardiner. Den er perfekt som lunsj eller en liten forrett.
